Islamabad: Chief of Jamat-e-Islami (JI), Siraj Ul Haq has asked Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif to donate Rs 5 billion from his own business for flood victims instead of asking donations from the people.
Addressing a seminar on the destruction owing to the floods, the JI chief Siraj Ul Haq demanded prompt health and agriculture emergency in the flood hit areas.

Siraj Ul Haq said that the people not drowned in the floods but they have been forced to drown while explaining it further, he apprised that the Pakistan army had carried out a cut to save people from the flood but when the army left the feudal lords shut down the cut.
Praising the United Nation Secretary General António Guterres, the JI chief said that the UN secretary general has taken a good step by demanding the countries having industrially developed for helping the Pakistanis flood victims.
He demanded the International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank and all the major countries to write off Pakistani debt.

The JI chief questioned that when the rich billionaire and millionaire of the country helped the flood victims?
He said that the Pakistani nation has proved in every calamity they trimuphed in it.
Siraj Ul Haq demanded the government to provide free seeds, urea and spray on the emergency basis in the flood hit areas.
