Actor Sana announced separation from her husband of 14 years, Fakhar Jaffri.
The actor posted her decision on social media. Taking to Instagram, the 43-year-old star wrote, “Breakups hurt. But sometimes breaking a relationship is so mandatory to save yourself to break so much.”
She concluded, “With all the respect, me and Fakhar after several years of marriage through highs and lows decided to take a separate path. It’s heartbreaking but I strongly believe that God has better plans for both of us. All the best Fakhar Jaffri.”
Last year, Sana became the talk of the town when she posted an intimate picture with her then-husband on Instagram. Wishing Fakhar a birthday, the actor shared three pictures of them together, with the caption, “Thank you for reminding me how butterflies feel. Many happy returns of the day,” she had written.
The couple had tied the knot in 2008 and are parents to two sons.
