KARACHI: Actor and filmmaker Saife Hassan has offered a fresh update on the much-awaited Netflix series Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo, saying the project has already wrapped post-production and is now awaiting an official release date from the streaming giant.
Saife Hassan, who also appears in the series, clarified that his on-screen role is limited. His major contribution to the project came behind the scenes, where he served as head of post-production.
According to Saife, the series was completed quite some time ago, and the production team is now waiting for Netflix to finalise its launch schedule. He said the show will be ready for its worldwide release as soon as the platform confirms the date.
The series has generated considerable anticipation among Pakistani drama and cinema fans since it was first announced, largely due to its star-studded ensemble.
Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo brings together some of Pakistan’s biggest names, including Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, Sanam Saeed, Ahad Raza Mir, Hania Aamir, Iqra Aziz, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Maya Ali, Bilal Ashraf and Khushhal Khan.
