Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Thursday filed petion in the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) for life time disqualification of their dissident members of National Assembly (NA).
The PTI in its petition adopted an opinion that the members violate the constitution via floor crossing by taking money and leaving the party.
The members who not follow the party policy should face action under the article 63 A adding that people votes can not be sold after wining the election on the party tickets.
The PTI insisted that the dissident members from the party be declared disqualified for a lifetime.
The petition has made respondents Election Commission of Pakitan (ECP), Speaker National Assembly (NA) and the federal government.
Baber Awan advocate from behalf of the PTI filed petition in the SC for disqualification of the dissidents members for a lifetime.
