The Pope met with U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and other world leaders. Chairman of the Senate, Yousaf Raza Gillani, also met with Pope Leo.
It is worth noting that following the death of former Pope Francis, Cardinal Robert Prevost was elected as the new Pope of the Catholic Church 10 days ago. Upon his election, he chose the papal name Leo XIV.
