PML-N Declared PM, CM Punjab Responsible For Muree Tragedy

Islamabad: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders continuing their anger on the government, have held responsible Prime Minister Imran Khan, Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar for the Muree tragedy in which so far 22 people have lost their lives.

Addressing a presser former premier, senior vice-president of the party Shahid Khaqan Abbassi, along with Murtaza Javed Abbassi and Maryam Aurangzaib demanded action against the people responsible for the Muree tragedy.

Shahid Khaqan Abbassi said that the government has to be accountable for its negligence adding that the rulers should admit failure and avoid hurling accusations on people.

Ex-pm urged help be provided to stranded people by using all the government resources. While the PML-N leaders expressed sorrow over the Muree tragedy and loses of human lives and held the government responsible for the tragedy.

They said that still are areas where relief teams not reached and the government is declaring affected people responsible to hide their failures.

They said that the responsbile people must be given punnishment while they also hinted more deaths.

Former deputy speaker Murtaza Javed Abbassi declared the Muree tragedy as a result of the government negligence adding that the administration can start rescue and relief work easily from Abbotabad.
