PM Khan To Attend UN Climate Change Session Virtually

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will virtually attend the UN Climate Change Session today, with US President Joe Biden also expected to attend a key UN climate change summit. According to sources, forty-five heads of state will be present. The G8 Summit on Climate Change has been convened by the UN Secretary General. In addition to the G8, 15 countries including Pakistan, India and Indonesia have been invited to the summit. According to sources, Prime Minister Imran Khan will talk on Ten Billion Tree Clean Green Pakistan, Protected Area Initiative, Prime Minister Alternative Energy, Electrical Vehicle Policy, Waste Management while Imran Khan will discuss Pakistan's measures to eliminate water and air pollution.
