Tehran: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived Tehran on his two day official visit in second leg of his four nation visit along with delegation including Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir.
At arrival on Meharabad airport in Tehran, Iran Interior Minister Eskandar Momen, Iran envoy to Pakistan Raza Amiri Muqadam, Pakistan ambassador to Iran Mudasir Tipu and high level diplomatic officials warmly recieved the PM and his delegation.
Irani armed forces also presented salute to the PM at the airport.
In his visit the premier will call on Iranian President Dr Masoud Pezeshkian at Sadabad palace in Tehran.
Moreover, the PM will also meet Iranian Supreme Leader Ayat Ullah Ali Khamnaye.

Later, Shehbaz Sharif along with his delegation attend a dinner hosted in his honour by the Iran President.
The PM delegation includes Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Deputy Prime Minister-Cum-Foriegn Minister Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Information Atta Tarar, the PM’s special assistant Tariq Fatemi.
The PM is undertaking four country Turkiye, Iran, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan visit from May 25 to 30 to facilitates these countries on their firm support to the country in escalation with India.
The premier will also attend international conference on glaciers in Tajikistan on May 30.
