NEPRA Increases Electricity Prices By Rs 4.85 Under Fuel Adjustment Charges

Islamabad: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) on Friday approved an increase of Rs 4.85 for the month of February under the fuel adjustment charges.

The increase will be applicable in the bills of April this year while the increase will not be applicable to the K-electric consumers.

The NEPRA has issued a notification in this regard while in its notification said that the prices of electricity was raised under the fuel adjustment charges in the month of February.


This recovery will be conducted in the bills of April this year. The NEPRA said that masses will be burdened with Rs 38 billions.
