Rawalpindi: Former interior minister Shaikh Rashid feared that the long march can be bloody and situation in the country could be disturbed.
Talking to media in Rawalpindi, Shaikh Rashid said that if a drug peddler is an interior minister of the country what will be the peace of the country.
He referring to the government said that these people wanted to take the country some other side but he prays that peace grip the country otherwise any untoward action can be happened.
The chief of Awami Muslim League (AML) said that brawls have started in the streets of the country and Rana Sanaullah is responsible for the skirmishes.
He said that he stands with Imran Khan in the long march adding that some people wanted to self immolation and the march can be bloody and situation in the country could be disturbed.
He said that such people have brought to the power whose faces people don’t even want to see it.
He warned that the situation in the country is disturbed while he suggested the government to solve the problem before May 31.
Shaikh Rashid said that a historic decision of holding general elections should be taken. He said that he stands with Pakistan army adding that if Imran Khan give him duty to contact the army then he is ready to do so.
