Rawalpindi: Lahore High Court Rawalpindi bench today (Tuesday) ordered Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) to provide relief to all consumers instead of users of up to 200 units.
Chaudhry Rizwan Elahi advocate had filed a petition from behalf of consumers. Justice Jawad Ul Hassan of Lahore High Court Rawalpindi heard the petition.
Justice Jawad Ul Hassan justified the consumers insistance and pronounced the verdict directing the IESCO to remove GST and fuel adjustment charges for all consumers.
