Lahore Qalandars set for Global Super League as 2026 schedule unveiled

LAHORE: The fixtures for the upcoming Global Super League have been revealed, with the tournament set to run from July 23 to August 1, 2026, in the Caribbean.

Five teams will compete in this short-format competition, including Pakistan’s Lahore Qalandars. The lineup also features Perth Scorchers from Australia, Desert Vipers representing the UAE, San Francisco Unicorns from the United States, and the Caribbean side Guyana Amazon Warriors.

Lahore will kick off their campaign on July 23 against Perth Scorchers, followed by a quick turnaround to face Desert Vipers on July 24. Their third match is scheduled for July 26 against Guyana Amazon Warriors, while their final group-stage game will be played on July 29 versus San Francisco Unicorns.

The competition format is straightforward the team finishing at the top of the standings will secure a direct spot in the final. Meanwhile, the second- and third-placed teams will battle it out in a qualifier on July 31 for the remaining place.

The tournament will conclude with the final on August 1, capping off what promises to be a fast-paced and competitive event featuring top T20 franchises from around the world.
