JI Chief Siraj Ul Haq To Visit Karachi On Friday To Review LG Results Of JI

Karachi: The Jamat-e-Islami Pakistan Chief Siraj Ul Haq has announced to he will visit Karachi on January 20, Friday this week.

The Ameer-e-JI Pakistan Siraj Ul Haq in his message said that that if the PPP thinks it self democratic party then it should accept form 11 regarding Local government polls in Karachi.

On the other hand, Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi chapter Chief Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman has said that Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah has ensured us to remove concerns regarding results of Local Government Polls.

Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman in his talks with media, said that the CM Sindh has telephoned him and ensured that all the reservation of his party regarding results of the LG polls will be removed.

Another development happened today for JI as the provincial Election Commission (EC) has taken notice of the election irregularities during LG polls in Karachi on the complaints of JI.

The EC has set the hearing date of the election regularities on January 23.

The EC has issued notices to District Returning officers (DROs), Returning Officers (ROs) and candidates.

The notice has been taken for Orangi Union Councils (UCs) numbers, 3, 7 and 8. While UC-3 of Mominabad, Mangophir UC-12 are also included in the hearing of the election irregularities.

Besides that Gulshan-e-Iqbal UC-1 is also part of the hearing for the election irregularities.
