Islamabad: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has approached the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to remove case against him on terrorism charges
The former premier adopted the view that the case against him on terrorism charges be declared illegal.

It is pertinent to mention here that a case against the PTI chairman was registered under the terrorism act. The case was registered on the complaint of duty magistrate in the police station Margala while acts of threatening government officials and stopping them to work acts were included in the case.
As per the draft of the FIR Imran Khan had threatened additional session judge and police officers at its party public gathering at F-9 park adding that aim of his speech was to terrorize the judiciary and stop them to perform their duties.
