Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan has announced protest tomorrow against the appointment of caretaker CM by the ECP.
In his speech on a video link, former premier said that while protest will be held in Rawalpindi, Multan and Faisalabad on Wednesday.
Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has proved itself biased from the appointment of the caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi.
The former premier said that foundation of democracy is morality adding that the democracy is run by morality not by stick.
The PTI chief said that the rulers of the developed country tender resignation on a tiny mistakes. He said that former British premier Boris Johnson resigned from his post over arranging party during coronavirus days.
“The purpose of appointing the caretaker is to designate a neutral umpire.” he added.
He said that the names we forwarded for the post of caretaker CM were honest persons.
