Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday (today) disposed off a petition against advertisements of Prime Minister visits of foreign countries while the court in its verdict said that this is not a private publicity of the PM.
The IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah heard a petition against advertisements regarding the premier visits to abroad.
The CJ IHC while delivering the reserved verdict rejected the PTI leader Ali Nawaz Awan petition.
The honourbale CJ said that there is not a such content in the advertises which could be declared private publicity of the PM.
In a written verdict it is said that the court with due precaution reviewed the advertisements published in the country’s newspapers.
The advertisements are not private publicity of the PM but the advertisements are about special relations between Pakistan and Turkey.

The IHC declared that the court doesn’t want make advertisements disputed by interfering in the matter.
He said that the relations between Pakistan and Turkey are very strong while the issuance of advertisements can be avoided.
