Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) today issued notice to capital administration over not allowing the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to hold congregation and sit-in in Islamabad.
The IHC Judge Justice Amir Farooq heard the PTI petition filed by the party leader Ali Nawaz Awan against the Islamabad administration for not allowing the party for holding congregation in Islamabad petition seeking permission to hold congregation in Islamabad.
The Petition has insisted the court to get permission from the Islamabad administration for holding the congregation in the cpital.
The court has issued notices to the Islamabad administration over not allowing the PTI to hold sit-in and congregation in the capital.
The IHC has also ordered to the Islamabad administration to send its authorize officer in the court tomorrow (Thursday) regarding the case.
