Islamabad: Owing to scarcity of the US dollars the government has imposed ban to carry more than 30,000 dollars yearly to abroad.
According to Federal Bureau of Revenue (FBR) the people who are going to Afghanistan even not allowed to carry more than 30000 dollar yearly.
The people will be allowed to carry 5000 dollar in their visit to abroad.
As per the notification the 18-years-of-age and above can carry 30000 dollar yearly to abroad. In the same way they can carry 5000 dollars to abroad in their visit to foreign country.
On the other hand less 18 years of age people can carry 2000 dollar to abroad in their visit to abroad. In the same way this age bracket they will be allowed to carry 15000 dollars yearly to abroad.
The people who wanted to visit Afghanistan can carry 1000 dollars on a single visit.
As per the notification, Afghanistan going people can’t carry more than 6000 dollars yearly.
The people who are going abroad will have to give declaration regarding Gold, Jewelry and precious metal.
Those people who are coming from abroad carrying 10,000 dollars or more then they will have to give declaration on it.
