KARACHI: The price of gold dropped by Rs.3800 per tola in Pakistan to Rs.479,962
As per detail, prices of gold decreased in the local market on Monday, with 24-karat gold per tola falling by Rs3,800 to settle at Rs479,962 compared to Rs483,762 on the previous trading day, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold declined by Rs3,257 to Rs411,490 from Rs414,747, whereas 10 grams of 22-karat gold went down by Rs2,986 to Rs377,212 against Rs380,198.
In the international market, the price of gold decreased by $38 to $4,576 per ounce from $4,614.
Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola decreased by Rs100 to Rs7,914 from Rs8,014, while the price of 10 grams of silver also declined by Rs86 to Rs6,784 from Rs6,870.
The price of silver in the international market decreased by $1.00 to $74.30 per ounce from $75.30.
