Islamabad: Foreign office on Friday categorically rejected the speculations that Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has agreed a reconciliation to include India in United Nation Security Council (UNSC).
The FO spokesperson Asim Iftakhar in his weekly briefing said that these speculations is totally baseless and mythical
He said that the country’s stand regarding the extension and reforms in the UNSC is still the same and there is no change in it.
The FO rejected the rumours propagated during the FM visit to the United Nations while the spokesman said that a baseless and imagery thing is attributed to Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
There is no talks of India inclusion in the UNSC as a permanent member in the meeting between Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and the American secretary of state Antony J. Blinken.
Asim Iftakhar said that Pakistan wanted a such UNSC which can protect majority of states instead of a few states.
