QILA ABDULLAH: An explosion in Gulistan Bazaar of Qila Abdullah district, Balochistan, has resulted in the deaths of four people and injuries to several others.
According to Levies sources, the blast occurred near Jabbar Market, injuring multiple individuals who are being shifted to nearby hospitals for treatment.
Levies further reported that the explosion caused the collapse of several shops in Jabbar Market, and many others caught fire as a result.
Deputy Commissioner of Qila Abdullah, Riaz Khan, confirmed that four people were martyred in the blast while 20 others were injured and are being transferred to various hospitals.
The Deputy Commissioner also stated that the market is located adjacent to the rear wall of an FC (Frontier Corps) fort. Following the explosion, an exchange of gunfire took place between armed individuals and FC personnel.
