Court Approves IK Bail In Various Vandalism Cases During PTI March On May 25

Islamabad: A local court of Islamabad on Friday barred police arresting Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan after approving his interim bail till July 6 in various cases of vandalism during the PTI march on May 25.

The District and Session Judge Kamran Basharat Mufti heard the PTI chief Imran Khan petition of bail before arrest in various cases registered against him during the PTI march on May 25.

Former premier Imran Khan along with his counsel Baber Awan appeared before the court while at the occasion strict security measures were taken.

The Judge after listening arguements of lawyers approved Imran Khan bail in ten various cases on assurity bonds of Rs 5000 in each case and stopped the police arresting the PTI chief.

The court summoning record of the cases adjourned the hearing till July 6.
