Karachi: Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah has taken notice of damage to the historic Ranikot Fort owing to the recent rains.
The CM Sindh has issued instructions for repair of the historic fort. While Syed Murad Ali Shah has also ordered to establish a disaster management cell for protection of the culture heritage.
The officials in a briefing to the CM Sindh apprised that due to poor sewerage system drainage of water could not be happened during the devastating rains.
The basis of the fort are not so much deep owing to which there are risks engulfing the culture heritage of the province.
