ISLAMABAD: The Chairman of Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Sajad Ghani, has resigned from his position.
According to sources, the Chairman of WAPDA stepped down due to personal reasons. It is also reported that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has forwarded the resignation to the Cabinet Division for approval.
It is worth noting that Sajad Ghani took over the charge of the position on August 12, 2022.
