RAWALPINDI: Another flying school in Pakistan has been closed due to alleged negligence of the CAA officials.
Flying School Skywings Aviation Company license could not be renewed. After which Sky Wings flight operations in Pakistan will be closed from 12 noon tonight.
Skywings also wrote a letter to the Prime Minister on October 27 to renew its license to continue aviation. However, officials at the CAA’s Department of Air Transport and Commercial Affairs reportedly delayed the license renewal process.
The CAA directed the management of Skywings Aviation Company to suspend all operations until the license is renewed. The closure of operations also put the jobs of more than 50 employees of Skywings Aviation at risk.
