SYDNEY: Following New Zealand’s last-minute abandonment of the Pakistan tour, even Australia has begun going through their options regarding their tour next year. New Zealand Cricket (NZC) decided to call off the tour due to a security threat on Friday.
According to reports in the West Australian, a Cricket Australia (CA) spokesperson revealed that they will discuss the matter with the relevant authorities to find out the details regarding the abandonment. NZC has declined to comment on the security threat received publicly so the information will be relayed privately to CA.
