CALIFORNIA: In Palm Springs, California, bomb explosion near a reproductive health center resulted in one death and at least four injuries. The FBI has classified the incident as an act of terrorism.
An assistant director from the FBI’s Los Angeles field office told the media that the explosion occurred near a vehicle, which was completely destroyed. The person who was killed was near that vehicle at the time of the blast.
He stated that this was not an accidental incident but a deliberate terrorist act. He further said that investigations are ongoing to determine whether it is domestic terrorism or international.Authorities reported that the explosion also damaged nearby buildings, with some suffering severe destruction.
