Islamabad: The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony says the process of submitting applications for the government Hajj scheme through banks is continuing and 43,554 applications have been received so far.
In a statement, the Ministry said that Hajj applications will be received till today.It said due to limited time the last date for submission of forms will not be extended.
The Ministry asked the applicants to verify their particulars from the ministry’s website.
Passport, health certificate, Saudi approved vaccine certificate and token amount of fifty thousand rupees must be submitted along with Hajj application.

As many as 81,000 Pakistani will perform Hajj this year,
Fares of airline has been set between Rs 1, 80, 00 to Rs 2, 80,000. It is recommended to set fees of government hajj at Rs 9, 45, 000 while private Hajj will start from Rs 12, 00,000.
This year 40 percent Hajj Quota will be given to government while 60 percent quota will be given to private Hajj operators.
Pakistani Airlines will take part in the Hajj operation. As many as 1,80,000 Pakistanis had performed Hajj in the year 2019.
The current year as many as one million Muslims will perform Hajj.
Smart phones have been made mandatory for all pilgrims while local SIM along with internet package have been made mandatory for all the pilgrims reaching Saudi Arabid for performing Hajj,
