Karachi:An anti-encroachment tribunal cancelling bail of Opposition leader in Sindh Assembly and PTI leader Haleem Adil Sheikh and ordered his arrest.
The anti-encrochment tribunal heard a case against the opposition leader in Sindh Assembly (SA) Haleem Adil Sheikh.
The anti-encroachment officials opined that Haleem Adil Sheikh has an allegation of occupying the government land and he was not appearing in the investigation.
The officials apprised the court that he served with as many as 12 notices but he didn’t appear for recording his statement.
The court of anti-encroachment district east cancelled Haleem Adil Shiekh bail as the court cancelled his bail, a large number of police contingent reached outside the court.
The PTI activists also reached outside the court as their leader bail cancelled by the court.
It is pertinent to mention here that the anti-encroachment court has extended his interim bail till August 17 after which he appeared before the court again.
